Exhibitor Information - Offshore Summit , September 2nd and 3rd, Conference Rotunda at the HanseMesse Rostock

Exibition space is available at the Conference Rotunda – both inside, on the ground floor of the rotunda, as well as outside of the building.

Interior exhibit space (maximum of 20 exhibitors):

• approx. 4 sqaure meters per exhibitor
• High quality conference table (1,20 meter x 60 meter)
• 2 high quality upholstered chairs, blue
• Electricity

Total exhibitor fee: 400 EURO plus 19% sales tax

Exterior exhibit space:

• size and loation upon request exhibitor fee: variable
• Electricity: 63 EURO
• Flag pole rental: 30 EURO per pole

All fees are subject to 19% sales tax.
